Hiflow Ring applys in the seperation and absorption process, device of reducing pressure, the system of deviating sulfur.

Highflow-Ring Random packing:

It belongs to the group of standard packings Their open structure ensures a regular flow through the packed bed resulting in a minimal pressure drop. The strong lettice type provides high mechanical stability together with a very high void fraction. The low weight and the mechanical stability enable high packed heights without packing supports. High capacity of gas and liquid flow rates, extremely low pressure drop, very low wall flow and low sensitivity to pollution and fouling

Hiflow Rings are available in a wide variety of sizes and materials of construction. Available materials include thermoplastics, metals, and ceramics.

Typical applications for Rauschert Hiflow Rings include large volume processes where low pressure drop can translate into significant operating cost savings. Other applications include processes with high solids loadings that tend to foul and plug other packings.
